Description
I found this old yellow truck off the road going into Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri. The color of the truck with the lighting in the background--and the yellow leaves was a photo waiting to happen. The truck was lined with Christmas lights. The lodge has historical buildings and several places to stay and have dinner. There are many hiking trails and stables for horseback riding and a lot of photo opportunities. The property backs up to Table Rock Lake and has a marina available. The historical Worman house is located there, as well as Truman's little fishing cabin. It is well worth driving through the water falls and stopping by for a short walk and a few photos.

Nava, Once again I find myself drawn to this vintage workhorse. The color and patina perfectly match the timelessness of its beautiful surroundings. I would enjoy adding this truck's restoration to my ever-growing to-do list ((: Nice find and capture, My Friend! L&F PS: I am surprised to see my previous post still at the top of this awesome artwork!
Nava Thompson replied:
Doug - hi -- thanks for the nice comments on the truck. I know you would do a great job.

Wonderful find and capture Nava! I love your low angle of view, and bright flashes of sunlight! I especially like how the touches of orange, throughout this composition, tie all the elements together. Very fine work my Friend! L&F
