I can hardly believe my Favorite time of the year has arrived! Goodbye Summer. Hello Autumn! Time to dress the countryside in golden yellows, pumpkin oranges, cardinal reds and woodsy browns. I love this transitional scene; like following this road from summer into fall, past the rustic rockface and over this timber bridge into the canvas of colorful trees beyond. Fantastic capture, my Deer Friend! L&F. Happy Autumn!
Nava Thompson replied:

Revisiting this spectacular autumn artwork, I can hardly believe it will soon be a year since captured this fabulous fall scene. —Reminds me of the landscape around Starved Rock State Park Lodge. (-: L&F
Nava Thompson replied:

Nava---Congratulations on your WFS Homepage Feature of this gorgeous fall scenery! Imagined how fun it would be, if we could simply put our cars in reverse and back up in time to relive special moments! Although, I'm afraid I would spend much of my time driving in reverse!! LOL… Happy New Year! L&F PS: What an awesome souvenir pillow this scene would make!
Nava Thompson replied:
Thank you Doug---Me too! I agree--I would be going in reverse--and maybe I do that in my own way. Thanks for everything---and Happy New Year to you!
